Lambert-St. Louis International Airport: Lambert Experience
With over 250 departures to over 90 national and international locations, Lambert-St. Louis International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States. And when a business of this size and complexity asks us to handle their marketing needs, we know there’s no single solution.
We’ve done a lot for Lambert. We designed a brand new 2,000-plus wireframe, mobile-responsive website that presents flight info, weather and announcements in an award-winning user experience. We also developed email campaigns, implemented touchscreen interfaces and created events, employee programs, collateral and everything else to make the transition from ground to air as smooth as possible.
We also helped build the Lambert Experience: An in-depth look into $150 million of renovations and improvements to the airport: Revitalized restaurant and retail offerings, a new Art & Culture program and a shiny new microsite to document all the upgraded bells and whistles the Lambert Experience has to offer.
All this has brought on an increase in flights and passengers, leading to clear skies ahead for our favorite airport.
