Schlafly Stout & Oyster Fest

What's more fun than a Stout & Oyster Fest? Sharing it with a mermaid! Schlafly's Stout & Oyster Fest is one of the largest events of its kind! Each year, Schlafly imports 50,000 oysters and 20 of the world's best shuckers from both the East and West Coasts for a 2-day celebration, complete with 12 exclusive stouts brewed just for the event. After 25 years of the event, and 33 of brewing, the St. Louis Brewing Company wanted to appeal to a younger, more "hip" audience without ignoring its already rich fan base. The solution was to create a unique identity for the Festival materials that was eye-catching, attention-getting, and, well, hip!
